On June 5, 2024, at Fgroup Building, Hoa Long Invest Welcomes Ningbo Huadi Electrical Technology Co., Ltd (Huadi) as a New Partner with the Signing of a Lease Agreement for Ready-Built Factory in Hai Son Industrial Park.

On this significant occasion, the event was attended by Ms. Ngo Thi Phuong Thuy, CEO of Hoa Long Invest, Mr. Qian Jinhua, CEO of Huadi, and other senior executives from both companies.

Strategic Decision Backed by Comprehensive Research

After thorough evaluation, Huadi recognized the outstanding potential and strategic location of the factory facilities. The property offers unparalleled proximity to major infrastructure: 43 km from Cat Lai Port, 25 km from Tan Son Nhat International Airport, 17 km from downtown Ho Chi Minh City, and just 3 km from the center of Duc Hoa.

Situated near key transportation routes such as National Highway 1A and the Ho Chi Minh City – Trung Luong Expressway, the facility also boasts excellent features: a stable electricity supply (a 3-phase system with a 560 kVA substation), a modern wastewater treatment system, and an automated fire protection system with a storage capacity of up to 160 m³. These advantages led Huadi to sign a lease agreement for Factory A1 – Lot F15 in Hai Son Industrial Park, spanning an area of 2,400 m².
